Position: Music Educator in Schools

Instruments: Keyboard

Location: Shirpur, Dhule, Aurangabad

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Teach groups of ages (5 - 15 yrs) at the assigned school
• Ensure lesson planning and delivery as per curriculum
• Send daily reports and updates on classes as per guidelines
• Prepare pupils for performances and examinations
• Assessment and Review for students
• Support students in their use of music learning technology

Candidate Prerequisites:

• Competence in Keyboard or Piano
• Working knowledge of the theory of music & ability to read music (preferable)
• Passion for teaching
• Should be willing to work full time 8 am or 4 pm.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be as follows:

• Connecting leads received on a daily basis as per daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Research and try to collate right contacts for schools and institutes.
• Visiting schools / institutes / corporates and work on tie-ups
• Connect on calls with HOD/ Principals/ SPOC's
• Provide information on the Music courses.
• Update interested and sales data information in the system.
• Follow up and coordination with stakeholders for completing the sales process.
• Go the extra mile to meet the target assigned.

Desired Candidate Should have:

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Any Graduate, prior experience of 2-7 yrs. in sales (Education Sales Preferred)
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone system

Position:Technical Support (Intern)

Location: Khar, Mumbai

Desired Skills & Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide them through problem-solving steps.
• Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Analyze and diagnose software and hardware problems reported by customers. Collaborate with senior technical support staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs for common technical problems.
• Remote Assistance: Utilize remote support tools to assist customers in resolving issues with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and product development, to communicate and resolve customer-reported bugs or feature requests.
• Customer Education: Empower customers by providing clear and concise instructions on product usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product updates, technical advancements, and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and support skills.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new software releases and updates before they are rolled out to customers, ensuring their smooth functionality and identifying potential issues.
• Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback from customer interactions to contribute to the improvement of product usability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.) .
• Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn about software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Position: Executive Sales (Online Courses)

Location: Khar, Mumbai (Offline)

Job Description:

Outbound calls

• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
• Booking Demos for customers, follow ups, and converting to enrollments.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements/address any queries.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
